Add Outcome
Frame as an attribute (amount/degree) that can be increased or decreased. E.g. "patient satisfaction", "time-to-discharge", "equipment calibration frequency"
Stock = "how much is there now?" Flow = "how fast is it happening?"
Add Relationship
Define a causal link. In SIM convention, arrows flow left→right (cause → effect).
Add Stakeholder
Who is affected by or influences this system?
